The MAX17050X is the battery fuel gauge IC responsible for accurate battery level detection, charge monitoring, and power management on the Nintendo Switch mainboard. When this chip fails, the console may show incorrect battery percentage, fail to charge, shut down unexpectedly at incorrect battery levels, or not recognize the battery at all. This 5-pack is intended exclusively for professional repair engineers with BGA rework equipment and verified soldering experience.
